Nitrite salt

Description

Nitrite salt is a mixture of an evaporated fine salt and edible sodium nitrite E250. The fraction fo sodium nitrite content varies from 0.5% to 0.6%. Nitrite salt is used as a preservative and color stabilizer in the meat processing industry. It is often added to minced meat in the production of sausages. Also, it’s widely used in the production of smoked meat products. This salt is for professional use only.
