Хanthan gum

Description

The main function of xanthan gum E415 is to increase the viscosity of the liquid using very low doses (less than 1%) of this food additive. Unlike other thickeners, xanthan gum, also known as xanthan gum, remains stable over a very wide range of temperatures (-18 oC to 120 oC) and pH (2 to 1 pH). E415 is most commonly found in sauces and vegetable salads. While xanthan gum is not an emulsifier in itself, it also successfully preserves the consistency of the products.
