Description

In the food industry, food-grade phosphoric acid E338 is used as an acidity regulator to give products a slightly more acidic taste.

There is a wide range of applications, including the production of carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, processed cheese, and certain meat products. Concentrations of 75% and 85% are commonly used.
