Description

Corn starch compared to potato or other types of starch is the most common in the world as it is usually the cheapest one in many countries. Although corn starch forms less viscous solutions compared to potato starch, it remains clear for some time. The use of corn starch as a food ingredient has no effect on the chemical composition of the dishes, or their taste and odor.

Corn starch is used as a thickener in the production of various sauces, soups, and broths.
